Description:

Modern supply chains operate within a complex global environment where efficiency, transparency, and responsibility are critical to long-term business performance. As global supply chains grow more complex, companies must evaluate environmental, social, and ethical impacts. Effective supply chain audits assess processes, identify risks, and ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards. Sustainability metrics help organizations track their progress toward more responsible and resilient operations. By integrating performance measurement with sustainability goals, businesses can improve transparency, strengthen trust, and create supply chains that deliver economic value and positive social and environmental outcomes.
