Introduction

The book "Epistemic Trust in AI-Generated Knowledge: Global Trends in Research Ethics" examines the reliability of AI-generated knowledge and reflects on global trends in this area. The study will be created with contributions from scientists from different parts of the world, thus identifying the cultural and geographical factors influencing the use of Artificial Intelligence and benefiting from a global experience.

Objective

This book aims to critically examine the information gathered by Artificial Intelligence. It forms a central repository of files on the products that AI can offer and the ethical dilemmas encountered using AI. Through these inquiries, the book aims to contribute to the wider use of AI in other areas.

Target Audience

This book aims to provide helpful information to scientists, educators, students, and professionals at all levels who work in or use Artificial Intelligence.

Submission Procedure

Researchers and practitioners are invited to submit on or before May 10, 2026, a chapter proposal of 1,000 to 2,000 words clearly explaining the mission and concerns of his or her proposed chapter. Authors will be notified by May 24, 2026 about the status of their proposals and sent chapter guidelines.Full chapters of a minimum of 10,000 words (word count includes references and related readings) are expected to be submitted by July 12, 2026, and all interested authors must consult the guidelines for manuscript submissions at https://www.igi-global.com/publish/contributor-resources/before-you-write/ prior to submission. All submitted chapters will be reviewed on a double-anonymized review basis. Contributors may also be requested to serve as reviewers for this project.

Note: There are no submission or acceptance fees for manuscripts submitted to this book publication, Epistemic Trust in AI-Generated Knowledge: Global Trends in Research Ethics. All manuscripts are accepted based on a double-anonymized peer review editorial process.
