Introduction

Bio-Supercomputing in Secure Cyber-Physical Systems presents an ambitious and progressive vision for integrating smart energy systems, quantum computing, and bio-supercomputing in secure cyber-physical systems. The book will hasten the transition to sustainable, energy-efficient, and secure computational ecosystems that will enable the world to achieve net-zero and digital transformation objectives. The need for sustainability and computational progress has necessitated the rapid development of energy systems in recent years. Hybridization of smart green energy systems with new paradigms in quantum computing and bio-inspired supercomputing has opened a new frontier of smart, energy-conscious, high-performance computing environments. Such systems aim to solve complex tasks such as climate change, energy optimization, and the safe processing of data. Smart green energy systems are based on artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and the latest control methods to manage energy generation, distribution, and consumption. These systems, together with quantum computing, provide a new level of computational power to address large-scale optimization problems, perform cryptography, and model energy. On the same note, bio-supercomputing proposes biologically inspired architectures and neuromorphic systems that are more adaptable, more parallel, and consume less energy. Cyber-physical systems (CPS) are important in bridging the gap between the physical infrastructure of energy and computational intelligence. Secure CPS models guarantee resiliency, dependability, and cybersecurity against cyber threats, which is critical in the highly interdependent energy and computing environments. The new technologies of digital twins, edge intelligence, blockchain, and secure communication protocols contribute to improved system performance and credibility.

Objective

The primary objectives of this book are: 1. To explore intelligent control strategies for integrating energy systems with quantum and bio-supercomputing platforms 2. To investigate AI-driven approaches for optimizing energy efficiency in advanced computing systems 3. To analyze secure cyber-physical architectures for energy-aware computing environments 4. To support the development of sustainable, net-zero computational infrastructures 5. To enable adaptive, autonomous, and resilient smart energy and computing systems 6. To promote secure and trustworthy data-driven decision-making in interconnected systems 7. To examine the role of quantum and bio-inspired computing in solving energy-related challenges Advanced AI techniques such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, and hybrid intelligence systems provide scalable solutions for optimizing both energy and computational efficiency in modern infrastructures.
