Nouib Abdellah is an accredited associate professor at Cadi Ayyad University, at the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences of Kelâa des Sraghna and affiliated to LERAEM Laboratory. Holding a PhD in management sciences, he conducts research on innovation and management sciences, with a particular interest in digital transformation in education, digital entrepreneurship and youth integration, as well as strategic management and sustainable entrepreneurship. He co-leads a pedagogical innovation project focused on teaching through Serious Games and is the co-founder of the International Conference on Applied Research.
Dr. Manal Benatiya Andaloussi, Ph.D., is a professor of management at Chouaib Doukkali University, Morocco, specializing in innovation management, sustainable supply chains, and performance management. She earned her PhD in management sciences from Hassan II University, with research centered on organizational control systems for CSR strategy implementation and global performance monitoring. Prior to her academic career, she held executive roles in finance and management control within major urban transport operations in Morocco. She possesses a deep understanding of the complex dynamics shaping contemporary business environments. Dr. Benatiya Andaloussi's research explores the intersection of technological innovation, supply chain resilience, and sustainable development. She is the editor of two collective volumes about Supply chain and sustainable development and serves on the editorial boards of several academic journals. She actively contributes to elucidating the synergies between digital innovation, supply chain optimization, and sustainable practices. She is affiliated with multiple research laboratories and supports academic and pedagogic innovation.
