His H index is 14 on Google Scholar, 7 on Scopus, 12 on Research Gate. His research interest score is higher than 95% of ResearchGate members who first published in 2012 and higher than 91% of ResearchGate members. He is actively involved in Faculty Development Programme and Management Development Programme. He has been engaged in social initiatives through plantation, blood donation, cleanliness drive and functional literacy programmes. He has been associated with Ministry of MSME, Government of India for Management Development Programmes and Entrepreneurship Development Programmes. He has 5 patents to his credit.
