Salim Kurnaz is an Associate Professor, with 22 years of experience in aviation. He worked as a maintenance technician, quality control technician and maintenance instructor in the Turkish Armed Forces between 1997-2020. He worked at Joint Force Command (JFCBS) Brunssum/ Netherlands between 2010-2013. He received bachelor’s degree on Public Management in 2005 and on Aviation Management in 2022 from Anadolu University; master’s degree in International Relations from Oklahoma University Oklahoma/USA in 2013 and in Business Management from Malatya Inonu University in 2018. He received his doctorate degree on management Sciences in 2019 from Malatya Inonu University. He continues his studies in the fields of public administration, aviation management, contemporary management systems, strategic management, and behavioral sciences. He is also working as visiting Associate Professor at Kazimiero Simonaviciaus University Vilnius, Lithuania.
Dr. Jolanta Bieliauskaitė is a professor and the Rector at Kazimieras Simonavicius University (Lithuania), with an educational background in philosophy and law, and nearly 20 years of experience in higher education. Alongside her passion for legal philosophy and academic ethics, she addresses both the theoretical and practical aspects of human resources management. Her holistic approach combines legal expertise with practical HR strategies, including talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and fostering a positive organizational culture. She emphasizes ethical and shared leadership, as well as collaborative work environments, which foster improvements in employee engagement and advance the university's strategic goals.
