Kesavan Dhanapal is currently an Assistant Professor of Finance at SRM Institute of Science & Technology, Vadapalani, Chennai. Prior to his academic career, he worked for 4 years as a Scale I officer at City Union Bank, where he gained expertise in Credit and Startups and was instrumental in introducing Cash Deposit Machines (CDMs) throughout the country. He also worked for 4 years as a Business Analyst at Client Digital Ltd, Chennai, where he was responsible for Fund Raising and New Projects Handling. With 4 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Dhanapal's research interests include Service Marketing, Financial Management, Renewable Energy, and Sustainable Development. He has published 47 articles in various journals and authored 3 books. Notably, he has also served as an advisor to the Telangana Government for the Direct Beneficiary Transfer scheme in Agriculture Development.
Mari Anand N. has a rich experience of 10 year in the field of teaching and expertise in the field of Marketing and Human Resource Management. Currently he is working as Faculty Member, Department of Business Studies, University of Technology & Applied Sciences, Salalah, Sultanate of Oman. He is also a Member in Research Advisory Committee at VELS Institute of Science, Technology & Advanced Studies, Chennai. To his credit he has published 27 articles in Scopus and UGC Listed Journals. He has guided 63 UG and 22 PG projects. He served as Member of Board of Studies for Business Administration and Member for University Examination Board of SRM Institute of Science & Technology. The author is an Editorial Board Member for International Journal of Advance Research in Commerce Management and Finance (IJARCMF). The author has organized various International Conferences and International Conclave during his tenure. The author was an ISO Convener and served as IQAC coordinator & Exam Cell convener. He is also an External Academic Auditor and Chief Examiner for various institutions. The author was resource persons for different Faculty Development Program (FDP) organised by various colleges. He is an active Member in Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FICCI) & Madras Management Association (MMA).
