Previously, she served as Head of Learn at Cointelegraph for four years, leading editorial strategy and content development for the Learn section, with a focus on educational resources covering cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Web3 ecosystems. Dr. Kaur is also a fintech educator and assessor for executive education programs at 2U, specializing in blockchain, digital payments, and the transformation of global finance. In recognition of her contributions to the Web3 and AI ecosystem, she was named to Unstoppable Women of Web3’s “Most Inspiring Women of Web3 and AI” 2025 list. An active academic contributor, Dr. Kaur serves as a peer reviewer for leading journals, including Springer’s Financial Innovation, IGI Global’s E-Business Research, and the International Journal of Big Data Intelligence and Applications. She has authored multiple research papers and book chapters spanning fintech, blockchain, crypto and decentralized technologies, and data science. Dr. Pooja Lekhi is the Chair of the Department of Quantitative Studies and a Finance Professor at University Canada West. With over a decade of experience in teaching and research, she specializes in making complex financial and technical concepts accessible through innovative teaching and assessment methodologies. Dr. Lekhi’s research interests encompass asset quality management in financial institutions, cryptocurrencies, cybersecurity, financial technologies (FinTech), blockchain, and other emerging trends in the financial sector. Her work has been published in Fintech Magazine, Blockchain Tribune, and Money and Finance Magazine, and her insights have been featured in Express.co.uk, Currency.com, The New York Times Post, News Nation USA, World ABC News, and Forbes Alert. Beyond research and publishing, Dr. Lekhi has authored numerous book chapters and peer-reviewed journal articles. She has also played a key role in academic publishing by editing books for leading publishers, further establishing her expertise in finance and financial technologies.
Simriti Popli (Ph.D) is an academician with over ten years of expertise in teaching and research, creating effective learning opportunities for postgraduate courses. She is currently a Business Lecturer at Kaplan International College in London. She has taught for more than 7 years at Guru Nanak Dev University College, India.  Her professional trajectory has been defined by various accomplishments, including being the author of the best paper award. She has written research papers for Scopus-indexed journals, UGC Care, and book chapters. She has also participated in several international and national conferences and research workshops. She holds a PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility from Lovely Professional University in India and a Master's degree in Marketing from APJ Institute of Management in India. Her research area includes corporate social responsibility, personal values, sustainability and branding. Gained industry experience of two years as a Business Development Manager for a sports firm working with organization's core values and beliefs.
