Shakhlo T. Ergasheva graduated from Tashkent Institute of National Economy (speciality “Organisation of machine processing of economic information”) in 1991. She started work activities in 1986 as a laboratory assistant at the Chair “Higher Mathematics” at Tashkent Institute of Engineers in Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanisation. In 1993-2002, she worked as the Head of the Chair of “Higher Mathematics” at Tashkent Institute of Engineers in Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanisation, in 2002-2004 – assistant of the Chair of “Financial Accounting and Finance” at Tashkent Institute of Engineers in Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanisation, in 2004-2005 – associate professor of the Chair of “Financial Accounting and Audit” at Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration, in 2005-2012 – Head of the Chair “Financial accounting and audit” at Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration, in 2012-2017 – associate professor of the Chair of “Financial Accounting” at Tashkent State University of Economics, since February 2017 – until now – professor of the Chair of “Financial Accounting” at Tashkent State University of Economics. She holds a PhD in Economics – awarded by the dissertation committee D 067.06.01 at Tashkent State University of Economics on 07.05.2004, approved by the Higher Attestation Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 25.11.2004. The academic rank of associate professor of the Chair “Financial Accounting and Audit” was awarded by the decree of the Higher Attestation Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan 03 No. 005467 dated 26.04.2007. The academic rank of professor of the Chair of “Financial Accounting” was awarded by the decree of the Higher Attestation Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan o5 No. 002911 dated 28.02.2018. She has more than 200 publications, including a monograph, patent, regulatory and economic documents of companies of agricultural economy and water management, two study guides, nine teaching aids and guidances, articles in peer-reviewed journals, scientific and methodological works in collections and conference proceedings of various levels. Shakhlo T. Ergasheva performs research works supported by grants from the Republic of Uzbekistan. Shakhlo T. Ergasheva was a finalist (for scientific and pedagogical achievements) in the Republican competition “Best Pedagogue of the Year” (Tashkent, 2015-2016). Member of the Democratic Party of Uzbekistan “Milliy tiklanish”. Letter of gratitude from the Head of the Women’s Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the contribution to the training of professional personnel and support of the creative initiative of youth in 2010. Gratitude from the university for successful work and high indicators in labour (2012), active participation in research work and results (2013) and for the 1st place of the Chair of “Financial Accounting” in the ranking of educational and scientific activity for 2015. Represented at the Honours Board of the university (2012-2019). She was awarded the university's honorary diploma for scientific achievements in the sphere of fundamental and applied studies (2011).
