Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), she holds a UGC-NET qualification. Additionally, she has served as a corporate trainer, imparting valuable knowledge on stress management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and life skills to employees in both public and private sectors. Prof. Yadav's research interests span multiple disciplines, including Sustainability, Green HRM, Digital Wellbeing, Mental Health, and Online Learning, among others. Her scholarly contributions include more than 15 publications, encompassing research papers, articles, and book chapters. She has actively participated in over 20 national and international conferences held across the country. She has obtained 2 patents and authored 1 book.
