Dr. Hind Hammouch holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Management from the Faculty of Legal, Economic, and Social Sciences (FSJES) at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, Morocco. She currently serves as a Professor at the Institute for Training in Offshoring Professions in Information Technology, Communication, and Audiovisual (IFMOTICA) in Fez and as a part-time lecturer at FSJES Fez, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate-level courses. Her research interests span corporate social responsibility (CSR), (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ESG, management control systems, organizational and financial performance, as well as the integration of artificial intelligence in sustainable development. Dr. Hammouch has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed articles published in Scopus-indexed journals, as well as scholarly book chapters with IGI Global and other international academic publishers. Her academic contributions also include editorial board memberships and peer-review engagements with several reputable international journals and conferences. With a multidisciplinary background and a strong commitment to applied research, Dr. Hammouch’s work contributes to bridging the gap between theory and practice in emerging areas of management, sustainability, and digital innovation.
Laeeq Razzak Janjua has a Phd (Political Economy), from CAMS-USA, on PGD-COMPLIANCE. He is affiliated to COMPLIANCE OFFICE - TMF GROUP - POLAND, and he is also a lecturer at WSB University Poland. Dr. Laeeq Razzak Janjua is a finance professional working in compliance, and academia, whose journey is characterized by dedication, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. Mr. Janjua's academic prowess is reflected in his extensive body of work, which includes the publication of a book on corporate social responsibility as co-author and over 40 academic research papers. These contributions have solidified his reputation as a thought leader and a respected authority in his field, earning him recognition and acclaim from peers and scholars alike. Currently serving as a Compliance Officer at TMF Group, Mr. Janjua brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role, where he navigates the complex landscape of regulatory requirements with precision and proficiency. In addition to his role at TMF Group, Mr. Janjua also serves as a lecturer at WSB University in Poland, where he imparts his knowledge and insights to the next generation of professionals. Prior to his current roles, Mr. Janjua amassed over 10 years of invaluable experience in the financial industry, having worked with esteemed institutions such as Citi Bank, MoneyGram Payment International, and BNP Paribas.
