Publishing Tomorrow’s Research Today”
since 1988, is pleased to announce the winners of its third annual "Reviewer of the Year Award" sponsored by;
The IGI Global Scientific Publishing Open Access Journal Program. This yearly award assesses the valuable contributions and efforts of the publisher's top performing journal editorial board members across the publisher’s nearly 200 open access journals.
All IGI Global Scientific Publishing editorial board members who actively provided quality, timely reviews in 2025 were eligible for nomination. Performance was measured based on the volume of completed peer reviews, the quality of peer reviews, and the timeliness of completion. Reviewer performance is tracked and documented through dashboards in the publisher’s proprietary eEditorial Discovery System (eED). The top editorial review board member and the top associate editor from each of the publisher’s three major subject areas: Business & Management; Science, Technology, & Medicine (STM); and Education & Social Sciences are awarded the honor.
"We are honored to recognize the exceptional dedication of our reviewers in upholding the highest standards of quality across our Open Access Journal Program," said Lindsay Wertman, President at IGI Global Scientific Publishing. "For three years now, this award spotlights individuals who continually demonstrate excellence through prompt reviews, thorough assessments, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining ethical best practices. "I view serving as an Associate Editor and reviewer as both a responsibility and a privilege. I view the peer review process as a vital mechanism for safeguarding the quality, rigor, and integrity of scholarly publications. Through my work, I remain closely engaged with cutting-edge research and emerging perspectives in the field. I approach each manuscript not as a judgment of the work, but as an opportunity to provide constructive, developmental feedback that provides an opportunity to the author/authors to strengthen their contributions. My goal is to support researchers in advancing knowledge while upholding the highest academic standards for the journals I serve.”
