Mkpoikanke Sunday Otu is a postdoctoral research fellow (PDRF) at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa, and a Lecturer at the University of Nigeria Nsukka. His work focuses on career development, employability skills, and education. With a keen interest in youth career guidance, he has contributed extensively to research on career coaching and the psychological factors influencing career decision-making.
Maximus Monaheng Sefotho is affiliated with the University of Johannesburg and the University of South Africa. He specializes in career guidance, inclusive education, and vocational psychology. His research explores the intersection of career development and social justice, advocating for equitable career opportunities for underprivileged communities.
