Oitshepile MmaB Modise is an Associate Professor in the Department of Adult Education, University of Botswana. She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Adult Education from the Florida State University, USA and Master of Science Degree in Vocational and Continuing Education from the University of Wisconsin. Dr Modise has close to 30 years of experience as an educator, more than a decade as a trainer/educator at university level and on the job training, as well as manager and researcher. She is She has published in reputable journals and research interest includes management of adult education programs, community development, training and development.
