Karen Milheim, EdD, is a contributing faculty member in the Richard W. Riley College of Education and Leadership at Walden University. Dr. Milheim earned her doctoral degree in Adult Education from Penn State Harrisburg, and Master’s degree in Instructional Systems from Penn State Great Valley. Her primary research interests focus on adult education, cultural diversity, and online learning.
