Froilan D. Mobo , DPA, Ph.D. is a distinguished Filipino educator, researcher, and academic leader known for his outstanding contributions to education, public administration, and development studies. He currently serves as a Full Professor II at the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA), where he has devoted over a decade of service in shaping future maritime professionals. In addition to his academic role, he is the Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Multidisciplinary: Applied Business and Education Research (IJMABER), a reputable international refereed journal. Prof. Mobo is a strong advocate of lifelong learning, having earned dual doctorate degrees—Doctor of Public Administration from Urdaneta City University and Doctor of Philosophy in Development Education from Central Luzon State University—as well as triple master’s degrees, including a Master of Science in Computer Science, Master of Business Administration, and Master of Arts in Social Studies Education from Bicol University Open University. He also holds a Diploma in Social Studies Education from UP Open University and is a Licensed Professional Teacher with a specialization in Social Studies.
