His current research interests include alignment of knowledge and business strategies, cultural aspects of knowledge of knowledge management processes, design theory for knowledge management support systems. His work has appeared in journals such as Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Global Information Technology Management, Journal of Computer Information Systems, Knowledge Management Research & Practice and others. In addition, he has published over 35 refereed conference papers in proceedings such as IFIP, HICSS, IEEE, IRMA and ISAT.
