Henrique S. Mamede is an Associate Professor with Habilitation at the Department of Sciences and Technology of Portuguese Open University. Invited Professor at the Information Management School of New University of Lisbon. He is a senior researcher at INESC TEC and at the HumanISE centre, having published over 100 scientific articles in conferences and journals. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Technologies, a M.Sc. in Informatics, and a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Engineering. He is a specialist in the digital transformation of organizations and information systems. He has more than 30 years of experience in academia and as a consultant, having worked in management in the corporate sector.
Arnaldo Santos is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Sciences and Technologies of Portugal Open University. Invited Professor at the Department of Communication and Art of the University of Aveiro. He is a vice director of the doctorate program in web sciences and technology. He completed his PhD studies at the University of Aveiro, where he obtained degrees in Communication Sciences and Technology. He has participated as author and coauthor in 4 books and more than 100 papers published in international conferences and journals, as well as in several research projects. His current research interests are Learning Organizations, Digital Transformation, Learning Systems and Knowledge Management. He has more than 25 years of experience in management in the Corporate Sector, where he was the Communication and Learning Director.
